Inexperienced jobseekers are invited to apply for multiple entry-level operator vacancies at Anglo American’s Dawson Coal Mine in Kianga, 175km southwest of Rockhampton.

Applicants can expect to be remunerated, trained, qualified and offered continuing work on CAT 797 and Komatsu 830 dump trucks. Some maintenance duties will be required.

“WorkPac has partnered with Anglo American to seek entry-level operators to join the production team at their steelmaking coal operation, Dawson mine, on an entry-level operator program. Applicants within Banana Shire and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply,” the recruitment agency said on the Seek website.
