A mining services provider will pay and fully train people to lead the business.

Epiroc Australia recently invited jobseekers who want to receive wages and be groomed for a management role.

The employer advertised the following skill areas for its full-time, management trainee program:

  • mining, industrial, engineering or other technical sales
  • drilling and blasting
  • mechanical trades
  • engineering.
