A multinational resources company has no problem with remote employees being offsite most of the time.
A Glencore subsidiary promises to let fly-in fly-out (FIFO) jobseekers spend just 42 per cent of the year at the Murrin Murrin Mine, 301km north of Kalgoorlie-Boulder.
“Work five months a year [on our] 2:2 even-time roster,” Minara Resources said on the Seek website.
The employer recently advertised multiple permanent, full-time process operator positions.
