A multinational resources company has no problem with remote employees being offsite most of the time.

A Glencore subsidiary promises to let fly-in fly-out (FIFO) jobseekers spend just 42 per cent of the year at the Murrin Murrin Mine, 301km north of Kalgoorlie-Boulder.

“Work five months a year [on our] 2:2 even-time roster,” Minara Resources said on the Seek website.

The employer recently advertised multiple permanent, full-time process operator positions.

Click here to apply. Successful applicants will receive 13.5 per cent superannuation contributions, “substantial” private health insurance allowance, monthly performance incentives, and company paid salary continuance insurance.

A modern gym and “real career progression” opportunities are also available.
