The following permanent, full-time operator vacancies have been advertised:
- excavator (multiple positions)
- haul truck (multiple)
- multi-skilled (multiple).

Macmahon is performing open-cut mining services at Byerwen until at least November 2023. It is also expanding the mine to lift production to 10 million tonnes of hard coking coal per annum. QMEB can reveal its contract is worth $700 million and will support more than 430 workers.
