A Central Queensland mineral producer prefers to hire those who are fed up with working remotely.
Sojitz Corporation wants to directly employ jobseekers who are “tired” of fly-in fly-out, or drive-in drive-out, rosters.
The Japan-headquartered proponent advertised several full-time, multi skilled operator vacancies at its Gregory Crinum mine – about 60km northeast of Emerald. Rosters are promised to be “family friendly” with four shifts on, five off, five on and four off.
Click here to apply. Successful applicants will receive company-paid transport to the mine site, remote area benefits, training and salary packaging options.
“Due to increased operational demand, we are seeking experienced multi skilled operators to join our team in the Emerald region. Initially based at our Gregory mine focusing on project work, you will also have the opportunity to work on exciting greenfield projects in the coming months,” the company said on the Seek website.
