Mining service providers are prepared to pay lucrative wages for anyone willing to fly-in fly-out (FIFO), and experience is required.

Enerflow Mining Services is offering a starting salary of over $200,000 to multiple jobseekers with any previous experience in operating SKS, SKF, Pit Viper, D65, CAT or Cubex drills.

$6000+ a week

“Drill fitters earn over $6000 per week,” the company said on the SEEK jobs website. “[We have] field service and shutdown roster positions available to suit your roster/lifestyle choices.”

The right applicants will also receive superannuation on all hours worked at industry standard, and salary sacrifice options including flights and accommodation. Successful applicants who refer a friend will also receive an extra $1000 bonus.

$100K entry level pay

Meanwhile, DDH1 Drilling is keen to hear from anyone who is keen to be paid between $90,000 and $100,000 for multiple entry-level FIFO driller offsider roles.

Applicants need to be physically fit, prepared to work in all weather conditions, love the outdoors and have a current heavy rigid driver’s licence.

“This role will earn you $100,000 in your first year and provide potential career advancement. You will be joining a family, not just a company,” DDH1 said on SEEK.
