RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Metallica Minerals Limited (Metallica) (ASX:MLM) advises that Non-executive Director, Mr
Andrew Gillies has retired from Metallica’s Board of Directors for personal reasons as
well as to seek and pursue other opportunities within and outside the minerals sector.
On behalf of the Board, Metallica’s Chairman, Mr Peter Turnbull today thanked Andrew for the
pivotal role he has played in Metallica’s development and his many years of valuable and
dedicated service to the Company.

“As Metallica’s founding Director, Andrew has made a pivotal contribution to the Metallica over
a 20 year period and on behalf of the Board and management team, I thank Andrew sincerely
for his focus, dedication and hard work to progress Metallica’s corporate and project strategies
over two decades and I understand his desire to now pursue other interests and opportunities
after stepping down as Metallica’s Managing Director in July 2015. Both the Board and
management wish Andrew all the very best in his future endeavours.”
