A digital purchasing solution provider and an automated supplier sustainability platform formed a new affiliation.
VendorPanel and Givvable recently confirmed a new partnership that give employers greater influence over procurement expenditure.
A “powerful” combination of autonomous technology, artificial intelligence and data models is promised to help shortlist bidders with strong sustainability, environmental, social and governance (ESG) credentials.
“Pressure to deliver on ESG commitments is intensifying from all directions, from businesses to employees, and investors to governments. More and more, organisations are seeking suppliers who have strong ESG credentials,” VendorPanel CEO James Leathem said according to the Procurement and Supply Australasia website.
The innovative solution was funded through the Queensland Government’s Low Carbon accelerator initiative.
