AIMEX 2023 is fast approaching, due to be held at the Sydney Showgrounds from September 5 – 7. AusProof is excited to make the journey from Queensland to New South Wales to attend this event, to catch up with faces both new and old.
If you didn’t have a chance to chat with the AusProof team at MESC QLD, state sales representatives from around Australia will be located at H111 to answer your high and low voltage cable coupler questions. Whether you are in the mining, tunnelling or pumping industries, AusProof’s state sales representatives can help you find the solution you need to meet your operational requirements.
AusProof will have on display some of their stainless steel high and low voltage flameproof products. These products are suitable for use in underground mining and other operational sites, including Group 1 hazardous environments. These products can be, however, utilised in metalliferous sites if a higher level of durability is required.
The products that will be on display at AIMEX 2023 will not just be available for inspection, but interaction as well, for these products feature AusProof’s replaceable flameproof paths. Developed in order to assistant in maintenance downtime and associated costs, in the event of flameproof path damage to an AusProof high or low voltage coupler, simply replace the damage pathway rather than replacing the entire coupler or sending it off-site for maintenance.
From AusProof’s high voltage range will be the Ex118BSSRF. Taking the guesswork out of flameproof path maintenance, the Ex118BSSRF and its Removable Flange requires that you just remove its four countersunk screws to complete the necessary maintenance. While AusProof will have a product from their PS (Plug Small) range on display, all of the products in AusProof’s stainless steel restrained ranges feature replaceable flameproof paths.
For both high and low voltages, replacing a flameproof path requires no specialised training and can be conducted on-site, even underground. If you’re unsure of how this is done, watch first-hand as AusProof’s state sales representatives demonstrate for you while answering any questions you may have. See just how easy this maintenance is to complete without interfering with any internal components or cable termination. AusProof’s state sales representatives can also assist you with the necessary product codes to be able to order these parts ahead of time and have them handy on-site in the event they are required.
Valuing the chance to interact with its clientele from all across Australia and across the globe, AusProof looks forward to being able to discuss with you your needs in person. If your site is above ground or below it, in New South Wales, interstate or overseas, AusProof hopes to see you at AIMEX 2023, to be able to have a chat and see if there are any avenues that AusProof’s can explore in the redesign of their products, or in the development of new ones, in order to assist your site in meeting its operational needs.
