Major mining operation requires Queenslanders ASAP

A coal mine urgently needs more hands in Central Queensland’s Isaac region.

Multi skilled and haul truck operators are required to start working full-time as soon as possible at BHP Mitsubishi Alliance’s Saraji South Coal Mine in Dysart, 231km southwest of Mackay.

The following skillsets are required:

  • dump trucks (multiple positions)
  • excavators (multiple)
  • graders (multiple)
  • dozers (multiple).

Jobseekers can expect to work with the following equipment:

  • Caterpillar (CAT) D9, D10 and D11 dozers
  • Hitachi 5600 or CAT 6040 excavators
  • CAT 785 or above dump trucks
  • CAT 16 to 24 graders.
