Portraying a day in the life of a miner, the Asia-Pacific International Mining Exhibition (AIMEX) team has released a two-minute documentary ‘Faces of Mining… making it personal’.
The team recently took to the road to establish a more personal and emotive industry connection, and help embed AIMEX within the mining community.
During May members of the team spent four days on the road visiting mine sites and mining towns three to four hours out of Sydney.
The roadshow gave the team a first-hand experience of a mine site (conditions, workforce, machinery, process, sheer size) and met with those who will visit the AIMEX in September.
