Cater Care are seeking experienced and passionate Chefs for full time and casual relief work with our remote mining villages across Western Australia.
These roles will be fly in, fly out from Perth only.
As our newly valued Chef, you will be responsible for:
•Food preparation and production – Breakfast, Crib, Dinner, Dessert and Functions
•Food Safety Monitoring
•Quality Control
The successful applicant will have the following skills or experience:
•Trade qualifications (minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
•High level of attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
•Self-motivated, flexible and reliable
•High volume/bulk cooking experience
•Demonstrated experience in Food Safety and HACCP
•Experience in a similar role within a camp environment would be highly regarded
