The Mine Coordinator supplies frontline services to ensure that Endeavor Mine safely and effectively achieves performance objectives and performance KPIs identifying, implementing, monitoring and controlling matters and needs in the mining department. This role requires close communication with the Mine Superintendent and all Mine Supervisors to allow coordination of all day-to-day mine operations. The following are requirements in the role:
Be involved in comprehensive incident investigations, implement recommendations and communicate results to the department/and other appropriate personnel.
Maintain high standards of performance and adopt a proactive approach to OHS issues to ensure compliance with statutory requires and company policies and practices
Demonstrate a committed and conscious effort towards the health and safety of self and others on site at all times
Ensure housekeeping of work area provides a safe and healthy environment at all times
Coordinate work with the mine planner, tech services personnel, mining supervisors and underground personnel to ensure synchronization, allowing sustained operations and on-job training/experience in a variety of workplace competencies allowing for increased flexibility amongst the crew/colleagues.
