A hard rock underground mining company wants to hear from Queenslanders who are interested in working for a remote mine.

A subsidiary of Perenti Group launched a major recruitment drive in both the southeast and northern regions to fill several fly-in fly-out (FIFO) job vacancies.

Barminco will meet with as many jobseekers as possible at its careers roadshow in Townsville (24-25 June 2021) and Brisbane (June 28-29).

The employer confirmed it definitely wants to hear from “you” if interested in underground operation, heavy duty maintenance, truck operation and entry-level nipper work at Kununurra, about 917km northeast of Broome.
