The successful candidate will possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in an engineering discipline (Mechanical preferred)
- Experience working in an Engineering position, servicing the maintenance/brownfields upgrade projects for the mining minerals industry
- A proven track record delivering the technical aspects of maintenance projects
- Strong, clear written and technical skills, including understanding of quality SMP specifications
- Capability in commercials, budgets/construction metrics and change management
- Well-developed written communication skills
- Proven ability in continuous improvement and successful delivery methods
- Flexibility to travel to sites on an as-required basis – The ability undertake a FIFO roster up to 3/1 as required
- The ability to converse & write in Chinese or Mandarin would be highly advantageous
